Privacy notice

Who is responsible for the information

AutoMATE Solutions, Finland, is the controller for enquiries sent through this website.

Information we collect

Depending on the contact option you choose, the forms collect:

• your name, company, email address and country or region
• the enquiry category and options you select
• the project, demo, engineering environment or operational details you provide
• basic technical submission data used by the hosting and form-processing service to operate and protect the form

Why we use it

We use the information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, assess potential projects and continue related business discussions. Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a possible agreement and on our legitimate interest in handling relevant B2B enquiries.

Hosting and form processing

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. Service providers may process information in the countries where they operate, subject to the safeguards required for international transfers. We do not use contact-form information for newsletter subscriptions or unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond and to evaluate or carry out the related business discussion or project. We keep it longer only where required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Unneeded submissions are deleted periodically.

Your rights

Subject to applicable data-protection law, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, or receive information about how it is handled. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
